Written for Rahul Yadav, Chief Insurance Advisor (UIIC — United India Insurance Company) and agencies on the Digital Insurance Policy Desk. This page does not replace UIIC or any other insurer’s policy wordings.

1. Copyright for digitallnsurance24x7.com

This notice covers the website, Policy Desk interface, original illustrations, shield mark, copy written for Rahul Yadav’s practice, and the compilation of advisory content on https://digitallnsurance24x7.com.

2. Who owns what

Rahul Yadav, Chief Insurance Advisor, uses Digital Insurance and digitallnsurance24x7.com to identify the advisory practice associated with UIIC — United India Insurance Company. The desk software and brand assets for digitallnsurance24x7.com are protected as described here.

“United India Insurance Company”, “UIIC”, and other insurer names or product names remain those insurers’ trademarks. Mention of UIIC describes Rahul Yadav’s affiliation and the covers customers may hold — it does not transfer UIIC’s copyright or trademarks to Digital Insurance.

Customer-uploaded policy PDFs, KYC scans, and photos stay the customer’s / agency’s records; we only host them for the desk.

3. Allowed use

Without asking first, you may:

Use the Policy Desk under the Terms for your own agency book.
Print or save these legal pages and share their public links (/legal/terms, /legal/privacy, /legal/copyright).
Show digitallnsurance24x7.com or +91 95303 83030 on your visiting card or WhatsApp status when you genuinely work with Rahul Yadav’s advisory desk.
Take screenshots of your own tenant for internal training if you blur other customers’ PAN, Aadhaar, and account numbers.

4. Not allowed without written permission

You may not:

Copy the desk layout, CSS theme, Three.js auth scene, or codebase to build a competing CRM.
Use the Digital Insurance shield, “digitallnsurance24x7.com”, or “Rahul Yadav — Chief Insurance Advisor” branding on apps, domains, or ads we have not approved.
Imply that UIIC operates digitallnsurance24x7.com as an official insurer portal or that Digital Insurance underwrites policies.
Bulk-download another tenant’s customers, documents, or commission reports.
Remove © notices from exported materials that include our original copy.

5. Licence you give us for uploads

When you upload a policy copy, KYC image, or avatar to the desk, you keep ownership and give Digital Insurance a limited licence to store, back up, display, and process that file only to provide the Policy Desk to your tenant.

You confirm the file is genuine and that you may upload it (for example a customer’s RC or policy PDF given for servicing).

6. Open-source components

The desk is built with Laravel and other open-source libraries. Those components keep their own licences. This Copyright Notice covers our original work and branding around them, not a re-licence of Laravel itself.

7. Reporting misuse of digitallnsurance24x7.com content

If someone copies Digital Insurance pages, the shield mark, or desk screens without permission, contact Rahul Yadav on +91 95303 83030 or via https://digitallnsurance24x7.com with the URL or screenshot and your contact details.

If you believe a document hosted in Documents infringes your copyright, send the same details plus proof you own the work. We may remove the file from the relevant tenant after review.

8. Rights reserved

All rights in digitallnsurance24x7.com and the Policy Desk not expressly granted in the Terms or this notice stay with Digital Insurance / Rahul Yadav. Affiliation with UIIC — United India Insurance Company does not grant you UIIC’s intellectual property.
